There are times when nothing can be done and it is time to let go and be free again. There must be acceptance, in order to acknowledge the subject, followed by mentally letting go of it. It is important to accept it and comes to term with it first, otherwise we do not know what we are letting go of, and it will be in our mental system, so it is vital for acceptance.
