Tips for those who are or had been bullied

I am not sure if I am skilled in giving advice about bullies and recovering from the bad experience, but this is what I think:

  1. Things happens for a reason, if hardhsip is put on you, it'sa good test to see how you can handle it. If it doesn't kill you, itmakes you stronger.
  2. be patient, endure, forgive and let it go. If you don't accept and forgive, it's impossible to let it go. 
  3. understand that it is not entirely their fault, it's their ignorance due to bad parenting and environmental factor, and i'm sure they now realised they are wrong and would regret it. Feel sorry for tas the are the true victims of being blind and foolish.
  4. Don't place importance on them, why let fools be the centre of your attention? Don't let foolish people ruin it for you, as its not worth it. Save your mind for someone honourable, worthy, kind and good.
  5. As you grow up and learn the value of love, respect, kindness, forgiveness, less self centre and peace, you will look back and laugh at those bad times, as it was silly and think it's funny
  6. ‎Don't compare, just mind you own business and ignore them. 
  7. know that in the future you'll look back and laugh, so don't worry
  8. ‎don't be too offensive or too defensive, don't ask for fights and don't invite them with your fear. be calm, normal, firm and confident in yourself. play it cool that the old scool rules =P
