What may help anxiety?

• Listing things that you may feel causes you anxiety and worries, it could be an accumulation of little things or just not being aware of the list it self could stimulate uncertain which may cause anxiety.
• Having a simpler life can help with anxiety. Anxiety can be caused by having a sense of being overwhelmed and having a sense of lack of control. If you simplify your like such as making your living space more clutter free, it can help with reducing the sense of being overwhelmed by the things you have and gives the sense that you are aware and in control of what you have. Having less means being more able to manage your possession and life, thereby feeling more in controlled and empowered.
