The danger of being too attached to thoughts and concepts

One of the undetected state of misery is being attached to our own thoughts and concepts. There's a sense of insecurity that makes feel vulnerable without a being attached to a concepts or thoughts.

The effect of being trapped in our own thoughts leads to many implications such as anxiety as you don't know why you feel uncomfortable, trapped or claustrophobic; that heavy dull scale feelings when holding on to one place too long; that self destructive state of intellectualising everything so you can't be clear mind, peaceful and natural, the sense of trapped & restlessness for needing to hold on or control an idea for too long...
