Quarantine tips

 Keep your dreams - less anxiety 

Have something to look forward to

Have some rules to feel in control 

Reward urself in little things like getting up at certain times

Having new goals and purpose

Low mood and feeling waste is a bad feeling. 

Difficult to go back to healthy routine

Avoid alcohol. Not. Consume during vulnerable times. It does not make u happy. If ur feeling depressed it will make things worst.

Don't push urself too hard to feel happy. If not u will feel guilty for not feeling happy.

It's OK to feel unhappy and not to feel good sometimes. But it's not OK if it last too long.

It's OK to be a vegetable for a day or too but not for a long time.
