We just gotta make the best of what we got

It's nice to be in a good situation, but sometimes we can't. We just have the live with what we got and get on with life.

Grateful for the ones who believed in me

 I'm grateful for the one who saw the goodness in me when I was a lost, they given me a chance to believe in myself and become a better person.

Do you know the price to gain something?

Sometimes you really want something but you don't know the price to pay until it's gone

To define yourself is to refine yourself; just be true & sincere

To define yourself, 

Is to refine yourself.

We are flexible like water,

Water cannot be refine. 

Just be true & sincere,

Like the sun and the moon,

And things will fall into place. 

You cannot find yourself,

But you can certainly be yourself.

Learning to learn how to empty mind of false thoughts

You may travel long distance to find the most wonderful jewel, but little did you know you already have the jewel.

People go on a long awakening journey, learning knowledge and wisdom, to realise at the end all they need to do is to empty their mind from false thoughts through meditation. It's all a part of the journey.

You learn so much just to realised you need to empty your mind

Sometimes new solution is not need, just removing the problem is enough

Sometimes no need to find a new solution or act positively, just removing the problem is all that is needed

Soft and fair goes far

Soft and fair goes far (judo principle?)

Find stillness in midst of trouble

In times of turbulence and trouble, stillness brings serenity and sanity 

Verse

Fast as wind

Quiet as a forest

Daring as a fire

Immovable as a mountain 

Lessen unrealistic expectation and work on what you can for now.

I'm no expert but I think people mope when their expectations are too high. It's tiring when you always have to overachieve. Don't over do it. Just work on achieving what you can ~ Yoshida

Students should study
