Compassion, caring and kindness exist without selfishness

I have discovered how difficult it is to be compassion if the self or selfishness ia not removing, when the comparing and competing (ego) is not removed. Why? Because the self is blocking us from connecting to others. With self becomes jealous, pride, self centre and lack of understanding towards others. Therefore, self or selfishness is an obstruction for compassion and kindness

Be myself, not find myself

There is no need to find myself, just be my self.
